Making a purchase could not be easier. 1. Select Item. -- 2.Select size and color. -- 3.Click 'confirm' button -4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 if you want to select further items. 5. Click 'CheckOut' Button.-6. Fill in Payment details for secure ordering.-7. Then Click 'Next' Button.

We accept all major credit cards if you are purchasing from out side UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Cancellation rights:

Customers are allowed under our code of practice to return goods within 7 working days of receipt of goods subject to conditions below. Seee our returns section.

Customers are considered to have accepted goods as fit for purpose if worn (as distinct from trying on)

Customers should take all reasonable care of goods which means not removing any tags or lables until goods are acceptable

We can not accept any responsibility for goods left at different place at customers request neighbour or left as requested.etc.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods which must be returned with the original packaging

We will refund goods (not postage) or exchange as you wish. Any such refunds will be made within 28 days of return goods being delivered to us.

Customers buying 2 sizes of item with the intention return one will be charged repacking fee.

You are advised to get proof of postage as we can not be responsible for non delivery..

UK destinations by first class mail,or parcel force as appropriate plus post & packing.

International orders costs of postage or despatch are charged at the actual cost to us.

Over Seas Buyers

Please send email address that we may confirm postage/shipping costs overseas prior to sendimg as the flat fee £4.95 applies to UK mainland only.

If no email address is given the actual cost will be charged to buyer when items are dispatched.

Delivery Schedule

 We attend to your order right away.You will normally receive your order within 3 working days .International orders are generally received in 5 to r 10 days. International orders are charged at despatch or postal charges as at cost to us.

Returns Policy

 

Customers are allowed under our code of practice to return goods within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

Exceptions for returns -Please read before buying.

Goods returned with odours from pets (or pet hairs) cigarettes etc (smoking) cannot be resold as is and will therefore be subject to a repacking fee. This repacking fee will be 50% of retail price.

No refunds are given for special sizes ordered in for customer requirements

Underwear and swim wear can not be exchanged for reasons of hygiene

We do not refund delivery charges unless we consider that we are at fault.

Any such refunds will be made within 28 days of us receiving returned goods.

It is recommended that proof of postage is used or secure return procedure as we cannot be responsible for return items until in our possesion.

If the method and cost of postage is more than the fee charged and returns will have our full postage costs deducted.

We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee on larger size items and special items dress shirts etc.

Items sold as clearance are not avaiable for returns and are sold *as seen*

Customers that order more than 1 size of the same item to return some will be charged a restocking fee.

Goods that have been worn (as distinct from trying on) will be deemed to be fit for purpose and no refund will be given.

Item just stuffed into bag creased and unfit for immediate resale will not be refunded. However you may send postage payment to have such goods returned to you or they will be disposed of (charity shop or such) after 14 days
