Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. 1. Select Item. -- 2.Select size and color. -- 3.Click 'confirm' button -4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 if you want to select further items. 5. Click 'CheckOut' Button.-6. Fill in Payment details for secure ordering.-7. Then Click 'Next' Button.

Pay by Pay Pal accepted

We accept all major credit cards if you are purchasing from out side UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Cancellation rights:

Customers are allowed under our code of practice to return goods within 7 working days of receipt of goods subject to conditions below

Customers are considered to have accepted goods as fit for purpose if worn (as distinct from trying on)

Customers are take all reasonable care of goods which means not removing any tags or lables until goods are acceptable

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods which must be returned with the original packaging

We will refund in full or exchange as you wish. Any such refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation.

We do not refund delivery charges unless we are at fault

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Shipping And Handling

 

UK destinations by first class mail,or parcel force as appropriate plus post & packing.

International orders costs of postage or despatch are charged at the actual cost to us.

Delivery Schedule

 We attend to your order right away.You will normally receive your order within 3 working days .International orders are generally received in 5 to r 10 days. International orders are charged at despatch or postal charges as at cost to us.

Back Orders

If an item is not in stock, we will bacl order for you.You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union. VAT is included in the price.

We know of NO documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We make every effort to guarantee your satisfaction. Goods ordered can be cancelled up to 7 working days from the day after receipt. Customers responsibilty in any purchasing contract: Please do do not remove tags until you have inspected goods to your satisfaction We consider worn goods (as distinct from tried on) to be fit for purpose used for and a reason for not accepting worn goods as returns. The customer has responsibility to take care of goods. Goods returned should be unworn and in original condition. We will respond to any complaint whenever possible the same day but no longer than 5 clear working days. Our system for handling complaints is the result of 30 years experience in the trade. Any complaint is handled with.speed and fairness and effective action is taken to keep customers informed of progress. This applies to all online purchases.
